In the remote northwest of Guatemala, lies Huehuetenango, a hard to pronounce but well known coffee producing region. It's hallmark smooth, milk chocolate and refined sugar character has long made it a favorite of coffee afficionados.
Nicolas Escobar is an indigenous Mayan who produces coffee in this region, as a member of the CODECH cooperative. This year he placed in their annual quality competition, and we were all too pleased to purchase this stunning coffee. We hope you enjoy.
