Farouth Ceballo is our fourth producer from Monserrate, Colombia — a small, one-road community tucked into the south-western state of Huila, and one of our favorite origins to keep returning to.

If you loved our Colombia Diego & Marta Casso, this one's for you. Farouth's coffee shares that same smooth, creamy body with notes of milk chocolate and a bright pop of cherry sweetness — familiar and comforting, with just enough complexity to keep things interesting.

Monserrate's tight-knit community and high-altitude growing conditions create ideal conditions for the kind of clean, expressive coffees Huila is known for. Farouth is a wonderful addition to that tradition, and we're thrilled to add his coffee to our lineup.

We recommend this coffee for pour over, but it shines with whatever brew method you prefer.
