We stand behind our product 100%, and if you are not happy please let us know so that we can make it right.

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Returns

Unfortunately, due to health code regulations, we are not able to accept returns of coffee. If your order is unsatisfactory, please contact us via email at contact@birdandbearcoffee.com and we’ll work with you to find a solution. 

We are similarly unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

If approved, refunds are applied to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you believe a refund has not gone through, please contact us!
