We're excited to introduce a new washed-process light roast, Colombia Jose Yoja Museo.
This coffee comes from the Monserrate region of Colombia, where it won first place in this year's Lo Mejor de Monserrate cupping competition. Dan's history with Monserrate stretches all the way back to 2011, and our work with the region at Bird and Bear encompasses multiple coffees and growers.
We recommend this coffee for pour over, but it shines with whatever brew method you prefer.
