Colombia Los Cedros Pink Bourbon, with its tea-like qualities, offers a rare combination of fruity and floral notes that will captivate even the most adventurous coffee drinkers. Its special processing method sets it apart, delivering a bright acidity and silky body that defies expectations. 

Pink Bourbon is a rare, Ethiopian varietal grown in Colombia. In this varietal, the coffee cherry is pink at peak-ripeness. Because of its exquisite flavor and careful production, Pink Bourbon is a treat— whether as a special indulgence or a thoughtful gift, Pink Bourbon promises a memorable experience that leaves a lasting impression.

We recommend using this coffee for pour over, but as always it will be delicious with whatever brewing method of your choice.
