This coffee comes from Gedeb, a village just south of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, a renowned coffee-growing region, and is a mix of Dega and Kurume varietals.
Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Gedeb is a natural process coffee, meaning that the cherry is dried on raised beds.
We recommend this coffee for pour over or espresso, but it shines with whatever brew method you prefer.
