We are so thrilled and honored to share this coffee with you. Believe it or not, the name is a coincidence. Dan met the family that makes this during his first job out of college, before he met Ella or considered moving to San Francisco. He visited their farm on his first trip as a coffee buyer nearly 10 years ago and we are delighted to continue that pattern of firsts by featuring it as our first official Bird & Bear coffee.
