Doña Duglas' coffee embodies dedication, family commitment, and passion.
Cultivated in Villa Corzo’s highlands at El Cielo farm, it is the product of Duglas Molina, who began her journey in 2016. As part of Covoya's Cafe Delas initiative, Duglas benefits from specialized training and support aimed at empowering women producers.
Alongside her husband Eddy and family, Doña Duglas carefully handpicks only the ripest cherries. The cherries undergo a controlled fermentation of 24 to 36 hours, followed by thorough washing and drying on raised beds. This attentive process yields a clean, vibrant coffee with a smooth body and delicate sweetness.
We recommend this coffee for pour over, but it shines with whatever brew method you prefer.
