Peru Cerro Blanco Natural
Tasting Notes: Fruity and creamy, with notes of strawberry and aged rum
We're excited to introduce a new Peruvian natural-process light roast, Cerro Blanco. The co-op that Cerro Blanco comes from was formed in 2020 and is organic certified; it's also where this coffee gets its name, in reference to the white sand mountain where this coffee is grown.
Peru Cerro Blanco Natural is sun-dried on concrete patios, and the lot includes Bourbon, Caturra, Catimor and Typica varieties, which are all grown in the region.
This coffee will be in relatively short supply, so if you enjoy it, don't wait too long to re-purchase!
We recommend this coffee for pour over, but it shines with whatever brew method you prefer.
